      2 minutes rest between sets.
      I weigh 190 lbs, 5"10'.
      I do weighted pull-ups 3×5 a few days before doing bodyweight pull-ups 3×10.
      The Rock Lee method.

      A 150 lbs guy doing +30 lbs for 10 reps is more dyel than a 200 lbs guy doing 10 reps with bodyweight
      t. lean 240 lbs guy able to pullup + 115 lbs
