Most of the time he doesn't shill supps he devises lifestyle protocols like cold exposure and morning sun exposure and learning more effectively by difficulty management. There's only so many effective supps anyway. It's really cool because if you haven't been doing it you can adopt the protocol and if have already been doing it you can be more mindful of it and control it.
