For rabbit mode I would maybe recommend the wolf plan with an added 2h of running every other day

Rabbit does more push-up reps in the cardio range, and eats carrots. Bear does less push-up reps for strength and eats honey and the contents of stolen pic-a-nic baskets.

For people who don't want to understand anything about diet, nutrition, physiology, personal biology, metabolism, etc etc, they must approach exercise as being like their favorite Nintendo Switch / DS mini-game where you can pursue one of four body types that correspond to different distributions of XP that in OPpicrel you determine through completely arbitrary sets of exercises--- because of course there are only 4 bodily phenotypes IRL, and you can completely alter which one your body tends towards depending on how many lunges you do.
In a way this reminds me of people who got sucked into P90X and similar programs like 10-12 years ago. P90X may be way less cringe and stupid, but they're similar in the sense that many people who don't understand anything about the body/nutrition/exercise need exercise to be kind of a simplified branded experience that some "expert" crafts (completely arbitrarily) and is fun or plausible enough to make yourself follow

Memes aside I unironically believe that the Rabbit routine may acrually give you that body if you stay at a decent deficit with enough protein.
In fact pull ups, dips and crunches 3xF should do it in a year and a half or two.

None of this stuff is a "work out" at all, if you can't do 21 lunges, or 10 pushups, and not feel like it was nothing, like, this only seems hard if you're obese, or very, very, fat, in which case thats kinda like weight training with all the extra lbs you're carrying.
