for me it's eating less refined carbs, more protein, and about as much fat as I feel like
I go for that nice 33/33/33 calorie split overall
But I just eat whatever I want within reason
Today I decided to eat less because I've been eating more lately, so I just had two small potatoes and some chicken breast for lunch, and for a late dinner after work I decided to open a box of protein pancake mix and made myself two nice big oat flour pancakes from a cup of the mix.
Put the last of the grape jelly I had on the fridge on them, there was more than I thought but I just piled it up into a nice thick coating on the top pancake.
      Feels good man

cringe, fats are necessary for hormone production, nutrient absorption and digestion, and energy

Because people eat too much, exercise too little and its easier to blame something

The make and keep fat asses fat. That said if you want to be active you do need some no reason to go over 100g a day though for most people unless you’re doing some hardcore race or kayaking outing or you’re an actual athlete

restoring glycogen stores in your muscles, anymore carbs than that is useless.

I would say they're useful most of your energy. Since fat and protein have more finite limits to which they benefit you and have their own share of risks carbs are pretty much null as long you're not over eating or overweight. That said I do think people vastly underestimate how much protein athletic training requires and how much more more frequent intake that demands as opposed to lifting to ward off prolonged catabolic states.

    water weight
    keto is a magic trick
just keep your macros mostly the same

carbs will definitely help you get more done in less time but testosterone can partially make up for it and most people choose the extra caloric deficit
being relatively low carb is fine but keto is moronic
