are you wrapping your wrists? training at a proper club or doing gay ass "boxercise" hitting pads like an autist? Don't blame boxing for your shit structure anon.

wrapping your hands and then putting on big pillow gloves to hit the bag is just a bandaid solution to a mechanical issue. OP get some thin leather bag mitts with minimal padding like these and focus on perfecting your form. always hit the bag square with your knuckles. slow down and punch with like 50% power, gradually hitting harder and faster until you feel completely confident that you will land flat on your knuckles with no bend in your wrist every time. I know your coaches have told you to always use wraps and huge gloves, but frick them they're wrong. there's a reason ali and sugar ray robinson and rocky marciano all used these kinds of gloves when they trained on the heavy bag, it's not like they didn't have access to regular boxing gloves back then.

to condition their hands because they'd be hitting someone for 15 rounds straight you fricking mongoloid, that being said - bag mitts are the way to go until you feel more confident. heavier gloves build hypertrophy and endurance, in my experience.

How long have you been at it?
The truth is that you don't need any equipment at all to reach a 'beach body'.

It looks like you just gotta eat less.

I'd say some 8 months, but I skip a fair number of days
Constantly getting hurt too, it's demoralizing

Have you seen a doctor about your joints? I’ve never heard of anyone dislocating their shoulders from push-ups.

I dislocate them doing overhead stuff. For instance: reaching for something, getting my arm parried upwards during sparring

when youre weak, you cant bench 75kg no

I can do pushups, I just get very irritated "shoulders" the next days. I'd say it's some sort of tendonitis, but I'm too broke to see a good doctor rn

Clench your fist as tight as possible just before you make impact if you want to punch properly. And knuckle pushups will also strengthen your wrists for boxing, and probably save your tendons too since your hand isn't flat on the ground during the exercise. Do them on carpet and slowly go to harder surfaces to get jacked punching knuckles.
You could also do rows with the band's you have, you just need set it up so they don't fling you in the face. Or use the rings, lie on the ground, and pull yourself up. It might help your shoulders but it'll probably do more back than anything.

      A pair of 1kg ones
And then a pair of 3kg sand-filled things
The 1kg ones are good for shadowboxing, at least
