Not a home gym haver unfortunately but I do weighted jumps 3x15 with a 25lbs kettlebell in each hand and that works my calves decently I think. I haven't been doing it long so I don't really have results to show yet.

combine with spamming calf raises fist thing in the morning every single day
start with single leg until it burns
switch to double leg for up and single for down until it burns
and finish of with double leg
aim for a like 100 reps
super slow down and hold top and bottom for 2 seconds and speed when up
add weight if you feel like you stagnate
can start with 10kilo in a backback
I’d just put 2 small chunks of 2x4s about 2.5 to 3ft long on the ground then do them like that. Then I moved and don’t have the money to rebuild a home gym
i unironically have a pl8-loaded seated calf raise machine, bought it at a rummage sale. i still go to a gym and tbh have used it maybe 4x in four years.
Just do this with a barbell on your back.
