x1 table leg
x4 2.5kg weighs (two on each side)
x2 plastic bags
x1 roll of sniper tape
Happy with the results, going to experiment with better bags and more weight.
>why?
Cheaper
>why not go to gym?
Have to wait to use certain equipment

>oh boy I love doing exercises with my new home gym equi-SNAP
>camera pans to a hole in the floor
Haha yeah I know
No I'm white
Just picking it up and stuff. You know, the usual.
I will put it down gently
Just steal someones membership. Or go on food stamps. Fat brown people abuse the system so you should be able to too instead of making this moronic contraption
What exercises are you doing with your high-tech handcrafted 10kg barbell?
This looks on in theory but in practice I feel like dropping it with snap it in half
why don't you just carve the table leg enough so you can actually slide the plates onto it
I might be able to sell the table one day that would damage it
Anyway,
Just used it for a workout here's some notes
>grip is uncomfortable due to cuboid shape
>proposed solution; use tape to add better grip and to round the edges of the leg
>noise of plastic bags crinkling is distracting
>solution: earpods
>nervous the bags/tape will rip
>solution; steel cap boots
do ohp
In tried it but its far too unstable. The weights wobble which affects balance. I will need to tighten the weights on to the leg.
>In tried it but its far too unstable
>not enjoying the free stabilisator workout
ngmi.

wrap it in towel, congrats you now have a fat grip bar
all of this because you are afraid of talking to people using your 10kg bar at the gym, yikes.
I'm upping the weight when I get a better system
I'm broke
Christ. Just get some rubber bands, a pullup bar and rings.
Stage two will be adding more weights to the other side using a similar method then raping the two sides together in a big circular design. Then I will wrap them in towels or something which I will also wrap in a large tape cacoon. It will look like I'm lifting a huge Q-Tip but I think it will work. 20kg in total.
Considering I'm only working off what's on hand I'd say its working well.
anon please just find a large rock and take it home instead. nature has provided grug with the perfect free workout tools already - large rocks and logs.
