Honestly there's no benefits to losing weight in the long term. I look way older because of my weight loss.

i think not dying is a nice benefit
besides loose skin is only a real problem to the small minority of people who are in lard planet range, most people are in a more 'reasonable' obesity range of 10-50 kg over

But still going to die from suicide so it doesn't really prevent death.

If you are not willing to defend your most precious thing, your life, you dont deserve to live. Why are you even here? Too afraid to rope yourself like that roidtroony? Get your shit together or you will let the israelites win

Anyone who loses 50kg (110lbs) is going to have a ton of loose skin.
They won't be flying squirrel mode, but they won't ever have a tone muscular core.

loose skin is only a problem for old people. I’ve seen young lardasses give up the lardway and look almost completely normal except for minor stretchmarks that fade with time.

It only usually ages people that were extremely fat or do some moronic extreme restriction diet. People that eat a healthy amount of food and do cardio and play sports look good lean.

    >I waited until my 30s to lose the 80 kg of excess weight I put on my bones since I was 9, why don't I look like somebody who was never fat and trained all of their 20s?
Classic case of fatty brain cognitive dissonance. If you weren't such a weak b***h all your life and manned up while your body could still fully recover, you wouldn't look like an old weak b***h.

ive played around with my diet while keeping my workout routine the same and can range my weight anywhere from 150lbs to 190lbs very easily. I feel most comfortable at 160lbs. However I still look the same when I gain weight or lose weight.
Not exactly sure what causes that aging look for people who are losing massive amount of weight

they both look like shit, but the guy on the right can at least do physical things IRL now, doesn't sweat like a disgusting animal constantly, and probably added 15-20 years onto his life span

The vast majority of fatties who lose weight don't look like this. Loose skin is a thing, sure, but this is an extreme case.

Every fatty looks like this, just most have the required amount of shame to never take their shirt off in public. Ever wonder why Kevin Smith still wears baggy clothes? It isn’t just because he is a stunted manchild who cries on command.

This is due to rapid weight loss though, he probably got a stomach band or other medical intervention to make him lose weight rapidly. I was 25 stone when I started 5 years ago, now I am 15 stone, 6 foot 2. And I have no loose skin, I do have left over stretch marks though. When losing weight I would drink a bome broth with collagen powder which I think helped keep my skin elastic

      >350-210
So you are still cutting right? 6’2 ideal weight is 160-170.
