>yesss honey is the silly glue yellow water given to humanity by the gods
no, it was dmt
Extremely based. a real nectar of the gods.
I beelive in that
true
they make cottage cheese edible
Just eat sugar, it's ph neutral
reminder that, to your body, there is zero difference between honey and any other snack laden with refined sugar.
Then why do I feel bad and lethargic after a slice of cake, yet happy after a tbs of honey?
Because the cake is full of fat
Honey has both sucrose and fructose while most mass produced sweets have an incredibly excessive amount of fructose (HFCS)
HFCS has proportionally about the same amount of fructose as honey. You’re spouting shit you know nothing about
Because he’s wrong. Honey has vitamins and enzymes, and most likely a host of other stuff we don’t even know about or understand yet.
More like Jimmy Moost
How do you consume it? When I eat honey it's so sickly sweet it feels like a gut punch.
Sometimes on warm milk. Sometimes I just eat a spoon. I like it.
I love honey but I could never eat it plain. I like a small amount in herbal tea before bed or one some fresh made warm bread. also a goated dessert is a grilled peach with mascarpone cheese and a dab of honey. definitely not the greatest thing for you to eat but its way better than cake or whatever and tastes 1000x better.
in tea and coffee
Natty honey is based as frick, if you buy some made from bees in your suburb you will become immune to hayfever since you have been exposed to all the local flora's pollen
Try more crystallised/matured/amber versions if you want some variety too - they are much less sweet and more complex
Goes without saying, but amerilard or over processed 'honey' that comes in a squeezy tube from the supermarket is just sugarpaste
I have a little locally made honey in my protein shake after I workout or run. I added honey to my regular diet about two years ago. I used to be really prone to hay fever something fierce. Now, it takes a lot to get my allergies going. I get it from a nice, local bee hive. Honey and spice each day really is just great for the sinuses.
I love the hunny, the sweet and the yummy.
I have perfect teeth and I consume hundreds of grams of sugar every single day
Love it. I mainly use it for deserts, to sweeten tea and to make otherwise bland foods (oatmeal, cottage cheese) bearable
Anyone beekeeping around IST? Yesterday I collected some honey.
The honey cappings are super delicious and nutritious. People that don't have bees don't know what they're missing out on. I've never seen them for sale. It's the secret super food of the beekeepers.
Does anyone else add honey to their cottage cheese for breakfast? Great pre meal
Here's a smoothie I drink 2 times a day.
-4 eggs
-50g melted butter
-2tbs lemon juice
-2tbs honey
Blend till smooth and enjoy.
>be me
>hayfever
>have to take tablets or my nose and throat fill up with mucus
>stop taking tablets
>start eating local raw honey
>hayfever is manageable
It's not as good as the tablets but it's good enough. Thank you based bees.
I've always wanted to own that round wooden stick. What is it called? It looks so cool in advertisements
