Honeymoon Lift

IST please give me the required lifts for the honeymoon lift. I get married in January next year so I have 6-7 months to prepare. I am currently a slightly fat dyel 6'1" 200lbs. Wife is 5'8" and 130ish lbs. I used to lift before but haven't done so for about a year so I have some muscle memory if that helps.

      Just lift whatever meme routine you fine online and eat enough protein. You're beginner so everything will work if you lift hard and don't eat like shit.

    You don't need to train that because holding your wife in that position is not difficult in terms of grip, plus you're holding her in a static position close to your body with her weight going into your hips. I could lift and carry my wife, who at the weighed about the same as yours, just fine while being much smaller than you and not doing any physical training. If you're actually worried about not being able to do that carry easily, then you can relax.
