    it's "easily" achievable but almost no one will ever achieve it even after 10 years of lifting because they never diet down. i guarantee that over 90% of people on fit despite how long they have been lifting have never dropped bodyfat low enough to have abs. they definitely can pack a lot more muscle and strength but achieving that athletic look is not the same.

    it really depends on your goals. if u want to reach that i would definitely suggest dieting hard first and judging by the picture it looks like that guy did exactly that. no bulking and cutting and bulking and cutting, just straight up weight loss and recomp. get to low bodyfat and then maingain that lean muscle mass and upkeep rest of your life.

    Black men look like that after doing like 50 push ups and pull ups. Check the BLM riots and protests a couple of years ago, tons of shirtless black men like that and they have never counted a single calorie and eat fried chicken, chinese takeout, lots of sugary grape drinks etc

      Coons/groids/liverlips/congoloids dont need as much essential bodyfat as white people. The vast majority of them are fat but they can look much leaner by not stuffing their face with popeyes and hot cheetos.
