Yes. My mother was a terrible alcoholic. She got cleaned up and has been sober for well over a decade. Runs and golfs daily. Slow and steady wins the race. Godspeed.

I think it's doable. Just last May, I weighed 115 after being inactive for a few years. Tried on and off to get back into lifting and it finally clicked. Been managing the diet and exercise for the past 10 months straight. Right now I weigh 74 kgs. Consistency is key. Keep at it and I hope things'll work out for you too

Quitting alcohol will be hard but if you treat it seriously you can do it

You started drinking for a reason. You likely lack human connection and general purpose. You need to integrate stuff that makes you interact with people and gives you a goal for the future.

For most people thats a job. it can be starting a business with a friend, studying, whatever. You cant let yourself get bored and if you do you have to tolerate it and find ways to satisfy your daily life without having to cope with drugs

He's carrying around 50kgs of fat. Of course he's got a good amount of muscle. His legs have got to be huge. Also, he's saturated in sugar so you know this muscles of full of water.

Do some research. See what other formerly fat people did to change. Learn about health food habits and macros. Start to excercise. Maybe it's surgery. Maybe talk to your dr. It's a long road but your heart and knees will thank you.

Good luck dude. If you're serious you'll make a change. If not this introspection and inspiration last a week and you'll go back to your fatso ways

It's crazy that you can't comprehend someone who is 140kgs can't have 80ish kg of muscle. To get off the couch he's squatting 3 plates.

You're either just as fat at this c**t or you're 62kgs and can't put on weight.

Anyway, start lifting fatso, you'll probably be pretty strong
