3 eggs 20g protein 250kcal
1L of skim milk 30g proteiin 460kcal
You are looking at 130g of protein at ~1100kcal. Fill the rest with rice, add some cheese etc.
If you want to make it super easy mode increase your steps to 10 000 per day. Walking doesnt cause hunger and you can easily eat 200-300kcal more so something like 1800kcal and if you wouldnt be so adamant on that half kilo a week you could up it by 200kcal regardless of walking or not and be at 2000kcal diet.
But anyways thats besides the point already. 1500kcal 150g protein is piss easy and can be achieved with only satiating REAL FOODS. No powders, no puddings, no bullshit.
