Are they all fat?
Do they lie about how often/hard they exercise and train?
How are you able to lift 3-5 times a week and do cardio eating one meal a day?
How are people able to do stuff like IF & OMAD and still exercise?
Are they all fat?
I lift 5 days a week and I do a 20:4 IF split. You just get used to it. Your body can go long times without eating.
You have to train your body. Takes about a week.
For me, black coffee 6AM. Nothing until 11-12, around then I'll have a protein shake, and maybe a piece of fruit. Then go to the gym. I want to anyway, since I don't want to workout after eating steak alfredo or something heavy.
Then I can eat whatever I want for dinner.
The short answer is extreme self discipline/brainwashing. I had to train myself mentally so that when my tummy was grumbling; it was just fat leaving the body
>Are they all fat
It's more like the opposite, only turbo fats can't fathom not stuffing your face every 4 hours.
I haven't eaten breakfast in 6 years.
It's simply a change in schedule.
Changing it will take willpower and discipline, until it becomes the new normal.
I did my longest distance run during a one day fasting.
Everyone should fast for a week at least once in their lives, so they can fully understand that skipping a meal won't kill you.
the answer is pre-workout and coffee, my moron
>t. OMAD, lift almost every day, cardio 3-4x times a week. 15% bf
One thing I learned from fasting is that what I always thought was hungry want hunger. It was just my brain telling me it's time for my regular feeding
I'd like to see their bodies and lifts, I tried IF and keto as a gullible noob and it was a big waste of time and made me weak as fuck. Good luck ever getting them to post their own bodies tho.
I had the same experience when I tried IF like 1.5 years into training. Now after 7 years of training (ang getting used to guzzle tons of caffeine), OMAD is doing wonders for me. I even improved my OHP on it
your body will just normalize feeling like shit eventually. My biggest problem with OMAD and IF is the constipation if you skip breakfast
You have to get used to it.
Also its the opposite, only fat people need to stuff their faces all the time.
Discipline. Ever since I took the OMAD redpill, I never went back to eating the typical 3 meals a day and got great results keeping the fat off.
It's not hard at all.
I did 16-8 IF for quite a while, and just recently was doing 0mad throughout Ramadan.... it's not hard, and in fact it's kinda nice because you can eat whatever you want and due to fasting you can't really over eat. It's not possible.
Workouts are still fine. I've noticed some low energy on days where I ate less, but I still go hard when I workout.
Intermittent fasting is easy to imagine whether it's 20-4 or only 16-8.
You have one small meal before workout to have energy and then you eat after the workout.
It won't be ideal, but it won't be much of a problem.
Develop an eating disorder, that's the secret.
t. been there
They ignore overtraining symptoms.
Then someday they turn 30 and go bald, get thyroid issues, erectile dysfunction etc.
OMAD and fasting are retarded. Snacks and minimeals are retarded. 3 Square Meals a day is the Golden Center.
I dunno, I just got used to it.
Idk i just dont get hungry, cardio i dont do much of but its not like lifting requires lots of energy.
I lost 8kg while gaining muscle in 2 months doing IF/OMA mix, exercising on an empty stomach in the morning on just a glass of water. I guess you need to have a decent amount of fat reserves like > 14%.
I wonder about this as well, I'm not fat, very average BMI.
But I tried IF and OMAD to lower my bf%
And I fainted whenever I do some physically demanding tasks.
have you actually tried eating 2000 calories at once? I realize fatties do it every day, but if you're in the 20 lbs overweight category, you might find you're not hungry again for 18 hours or so. You probably will be hungry for a few hrs each day but certainly not all of them.
