    They are usually fridge-mode though. Especially if they marathon instead of sprint.

    Only lifting seems to give chicks that hourglass (unless they are so genetically unlucky that they are still fridge-mode no matter how fit they get). Volleyball girls can also have it too, sometimes.

    Running is a pretty good core workout. Do an ab workout and then go for a run and you can tell they are being used.
    Also, competitive athletes don't just practice their sport they lift too.

    I love running so much but it gives me heart pain when I over do it. The problem is knowing when i'm overdoing it, I literally can't stop rooning
