I was shredded all year round when i was super excited about gym, did 1.5hour workouts religiously and didnt overeat for the bulk meme. I just ate whenever i felt like, so it was mostly after workout i ate like a starving wolverine, and normally otherwwise.
Tried to eat proteins but nothing in particular.
Note - despite shred i was pretty light, like around 78kg tops.
After i started bulking i def. Got bigger muscles but also a bit of fat. I am now very comforrable and mobile 90kg, but not shredded
They act like eating 4 peices of pizza is unheard of to them....meanwhile many of us are easily able to put 2000 calories down in a single meal multiple times a week.
Because putting in the work comes naturally to them.
