How big can I realistically get natty?

Picrel 5'8" manlet 140. Lifting consistently roughly 9 months and up 10lbs so far

    lookin' good chief, keep it up. typically i'd say average cap is 165 pealed(see competition naturals), 175 lean, 200 at 15-17% somewhere around there. shit has to become a lifestyle to accomplish though..

      Chest I do a lot of dumbell work, mainly flies and presses, flat and incline. Also cable flies. Some days I go light/high rep because I'd like to build muscular endurance as well as size.

      Back I do rows bb&db, pull downs and the thing where you're sitting and pull towards you. I also do this thing where the barbell goes in a hole that has a hinge and use the two handed grip thing. I put X amount of 10lb plates on the bar and row it and focus on squeezing.

      Arms consist of curls db&preachers. I'll also go light db and hold one at 900 while I curl the other slow and controlled. Thos are fun. Triceps I do pull downs and shit to near failure

      Shoulders is mainly front/side raises and presses. I also do a thing thats good for the rotator cuff but I don't know how to explain it. Basically a full rotation while keep an extremely light weight balanced in your palm.

      Legs are deadlifts, squats, seated presses, cleans, rdl's

      Not the craziest routine but I'm still learning new things all the time

    I'm 5'8 as well and I'm not sure what my goal weight is. I'm 160 but want less body fat, but I don't have that much mass to spare. Idk

    How 'big'? Just eat more but you will lose some definition. You can get fucking massive as natty but the issue is definition. A roidhead will keep getting shredded, a natty will look strongfat.

    I don't know what the upper limit is, but "much bigger" is the answer.

    6'1, 180lb, with a worse moustache. I don't know if "natty limit" is a real thing but I intend to find out.

        Youre only seeing us from the nose down? Still, op has a much better jawline than I do because of my horrible posing. I think it's mostly just that we're both relatively lean. Also, the phenotype of man that will wear a moustache is naturally superior to all others which probably has something to do with it.
