    Why are they numbered?

Sea Peoples used numbers instead of first names.

Well, OP is trying to establish a pushup thread without alerting the jannies but being a Somali he can't count higher than 3.

      No they weren't. I saw it is a dream - they're jacked

In villages/primitive societies women are probably more jacked than the average male in the US.

People who do manual labor are jacked af. Especially if they're poor since they don't eat much

        >People who do manual labor are jacked af
Wtf no they aren't. I'm guessing you've never left your house before because even a cursory glance at any manual laborer shows otherwise.

No they aren’t, you’re moronic. They’re even more dyel than a normal westerner but generally have better endurance. Sea people might have been more jacked than the average tribes person simply because they had to row a ship, but they were probably pretty dyel due to the lack of calories.

        t. have been around primitive societies (they still exist in some places)

This is true. All the woodcutters and farmers in my video games are jacked af.

They were literally running away from starvation

      >collapsed an entire age of human development because they just liked raiding that much
Nah, they were probably strong as frick

They just ran out of food and desperately tried to find some more via raiding in an already strained area. There were grain shortages and famine in Egypt at the time, Egypt was the main producer of food in that economic system. It was basically mini globalism centered around the Mediterranean.
Here is a pic of lanklet Maasai that could run you down but probably couldn’t deadlift more than 180lbs

The massi can outrun me but probably won't outfight me. Sea Peoples were able to crush armies from more complex societies and were likely good fighter because of it.

They’d run you down and stab you dead with that spear dude.
Sea people just overwhelmed an already strained system. They weren’t particularly good fighters.

they did a study that showed that unless they had a really different rowing method that was super efficient, the average Athenian rower, who was a free man, was an elite athlete by modern standards. Like tippy top of what's possible today. Tards said no way, so they did like a dozen more, and each one confirmed that people nowadays are trash compared to the men of history.

They would sprint and pull the nobility out of their chariots and hack them to death with their naue 2 swords, and they towed their own boats. Also they defeated defending armies that vastly outnumbered them with no calvary or chariots so they were likely pretty physically formidable.

Lots of manual labor, walking, and wrestling
    >need groceries? walk to the store and carry it back
    >need to heat the house? chop fire wood
    >want to exercise? bodyweight gymnastics and pull ups on a tree branch
    >have an appointment 8 miles away? better start walking
    >need entertainment? get your buddies together and wrestle in the backyard while drinking wine
    >need further entertainment? get your buddies together and have a foot race
Your diet will consist mainly of legumes, cheese, vegetables, and olive oil with supplements of fish and meat.

Doing manual labour is a major one. Even farmers nowadays don't have to use their bodies as much as they did in the past due to all the machines they have. Back in the day you would have had to do everything by hand. Chop firewood, till the earth, plant seeds, thresh the crops, etc.

they were Cypriots, Ramses II explicitly names them in his victory stele.
Cyprus was the primary source of copper in Europe. When the trade routes to India and China collapsed (yes there was international trade during the bronze age) the West lost its source of tin to smith bronze. Arsenic can be substituted for tin, and arsenic bronze begins to appear in the historical record in this time before iron takes over. A large supply of bronze made with British tin enters the historical record after this, but iron was very common by this point and won out.
So assuming that Ramses II wasn't chatting shit, a Sea Peoples training programme would consist of
    >rowing
    >mining
    >forging weapons
    >swinging a pickaxe
basically just a PvP Minecraft server

Tons of rowing and running. Those boats aren't going to arrive to good port by themselves.
