Better still stop being poor.
What crypto should I invest non poor person
Get a fricking job
Entry level jobs will just make me a poor wage slave though
At least you won't be a lazy Black person on food stamps like you are now
Nah I quit my job and have been living off my saving with my parents. I live modestly but will agree that I need to get back to work
I already have a job
So get a better one, stop being so helpless
Didn't I just say I'm working on that?
I'm working on that
Low-grade canned fish such as mackerel. Absolutely revolting but if you're poor you can make it work
Frick ton of sodium tho in canned foods?
Costco chicken or canned tuna
DEENZ, liver(chicken and beef), EGGS
Lentils
buy raw peanuts and cook yourself
economy size rice
pilchards
Mixed frozen veg and oats for fibre
I live on food stamps and it's amazing how anything wouldn't think this is enough. I have 200 grams of protein everyday w/ 2500 calories and I always have atleast $100 leftover.
>things that never happened
eat the bugs
Bug products are surprisingly expensive for being zogchow
fishing and hunting goes a long way
learn to bag a deer or catch more than one fish at a time and you don't have to worry about not affording protein, if you can access safe waters or wild land
if you can get milk, you can also make cheese and get free whey for very little money
dry raw beans are also a good source of protein if you cook them and eat enough
the only way I could get balanced meals while struggling was raw ingredients and that was honestly the best diet I ever had
microwave and frozen foods and that sort of thing are more expensive and less healthy, but a lot less work
grilling a decent grass fed steak is my idea of luxury
