hows your caffeine intake?(alot, or did you recently quit)
    do you smoke?
i had the same problem and it was a combination of smoking and a frickton of caffeine while i just sat on my ass eating nothing. you should have a good eating schedule, atleast 2-3 homemade meals every day eaten at roughly the same time each day. then have a workout schedule just to keep you moving that also includes some kind of cardio 3 times a week if not daily. if you dont care about getting big or shredded you could just do a basic calisthenics routine or maybe even do kettlebells for cardio+mobility+explosiveness+posture gains

nah no caffeine, i do alot of walking now
      do you avoid carbs?

By eating more you idiot. Especially carbs.
Also I really doubt palpitations have anything to do with your blood glucose.

we've ruled everything out, tested my heart in like a 100 different ways. its totally healthy

        >do you avoid carbs?
no, but if you do. make sure to eat alot of fat or you will get heart palpitations. i fricked up keto once and ate way to little fat and i got palpitations as well as getting way to low blood pressure making me almost faint just standing up

Why does fat intake prevent palpations?

because without carbs you need fat as the main energy source, without enough fat your body will struggle. i would just stay away from keto and just eat normally at a slight deficit to loose weight

That hes literally nothing to do with fat intake. You were low on electrolytes

i thought that at first aswell and went a month being autistic about electrolytes and it didnt help at all, adding fat fixed it. might be a bit of both.

GLP-1 agonists fix this problem but IST hates actual solutions.

he said not to worry about it and i dont really worry about it as their benign and tested if theyre dangerous.

i just find them unpleasant and never used to get them so i was curious if theres a way to stop it

unironically eat less, you probably have insulin resistance

insulin resistance causes palpations? i thought if anything that would keep blood glucose high, preventing low drops causing palpations

I began having heart palpitations after a bad flu some 5 ish years ago, I've had my blood and heart tested recently but I'm in completely good health. It's just something you gotta get used to, I remember hardly being able to sleep when they first started since they freaked me out so much.
