    Wear shoes and do it on a different surface. As for me because Im skilled I could do it on an ice rink covered in dish soap

    No idea, I can barely do ab wheel roll outs from a full push up position. Standing is out of the question. I'm impressed by anyone that can do that shit smoothly for reps.

    Yoga/jumprope mat
    I have one under the bottom of my bench so I don't slip off the thing when doing incline bench. Also use it for anything where were i need better footing like squats or lunges. Those shits adhere to almost anything
