How can I psyop myself into sleeping on my back. My whole body hurt in any other position but when I'm on my back it feels weird having no pressure on my cheeks and I always end up caving I and turning to the side..

Turn your head to the side while on your back
Neck hurts when I do that, it also doesn't turn enough to put the same amount of pressure anyways..
good luck with future neck problems and asymmetrical face
I have been sleeping on my left side for 25 years and my face is perfectly symmetrical.
Nice stache brother
The man with the negativitest canthal tilt

Not that I disagree, but

I did it because it worked against my acne. First you need to get kinda used to it. 2 nights a week, your neck will get sore (a little bit) and it might still have the reflex to move, so youll get some problems if you do. Basically, position yourself however your neck is comfortable , i like to kinda put my chin a bit up and put the thing on the back of your head against your mattress. My father just used a towel to sleep on his back and reduce his sleeping motion.
No pillow for the win.
Progressive overload to it, basically.
No pillow feels really good actually but I always get scared that blood will pool up in the back of my head..
I love sleeping on my belly, flexibilitylets seethe
back is worst position for respiratory problems
Explaine? I have none at the moment..
Not all of us are obese you know?
I don't mean to brag but I'm kind of the big deal in the snoozing world, I can sleep in any position under any circumstance
>inb4 post circadian rhythm
I will not
i sleep on an air mattress, no pillow, in all 3 positions. works fine for me
That’s fine until you’re not single or you’re older than 25.
sleeping on the floor works for me!
>My whole body hurt in any other position but when I'm on my back it feels weird having no pressure on my cheeks
ESL kun please try again.
Based floor sleeper. I sleep on a japanese futon myself. Anything else gives me back problems.
Yes. I sleep either on my back or on my right side roughly evenly, but I always wake up on my back.
If sleeping on your stomach is...le bad, how come if feels so right? I can fall asleep on my back if I'm super tired but for a regular night frick this
Another shitty aspect of sleeping on the back is that if you put your hands behind the pillow you'll wake up in the middle of the night with dead nerves
I can knock you out and lay you down on your bed any way you want.
If you got sent to prison tomorrow are you gonna sleep ready to get asspounded?
I cross my hands behind my head to make a hand pillow. Back sleeping definitely helps prevent back pain and improves posture
Start with 3 mg of melatonin before bed for a week and force yourself to sit on your back until you fall asleep.
I had to do this for weeks with pillows on both side before it started to feel normal.
Now I always sleep on my back and I never wake up feeling sore.

Don't use a pillow, it worked for me
Nestle your head between your GFs thighs
There's an extreme way of doing it for people who were recently operated on or shouldn't sleep on on e side for other medical reason. You tape a sanitized thumbtack to the side you don't one to sleep on and go to sleep. The pain won't let you go on that side when asleep. Not the most comfortable method but works 100%.
Side sleeping (left side) is the best for digestion and most universal especially among hunter gatherers.
Why do I feel like the only person in the world with 20 different sleep positions every night? Even if I'm really tired I still role around a few times.
Do people really just lay down without moving and go to sleep?
Literally me bro
I will NEVER understand people who sleep on their stomachs. I do not understand how it is possible, it just hurts my neck
extremely thin pillow. I can only sleep on my stomach and finding a proper thin pillow is not simple
same (expert for over 30 years)
damn right man. i have to take most stuffing out of my pillows to get them just right.
only stomach sleepers know how much of a struggle it is to find an acceptable pillow. my mom bought me a pillow when I was a teenager and it's perfect, perfect size, softness, and material, but I can't find another one even close to it so I've been using the same pillow for about half my life.
sounds about right. I've basically had 2 solid pillows my life and one i had to restuff just to get correct because i couldn't find a good replacement to my original.
you really should bring it to the dry cleaners. it's probably infested with all kinds of microorganisms
oh I do, every few months i clean it
good boy
Do I really need the pillow under my knees for maximum spine support? I’m pretty sure I can train myself to sleep on my back but the pillow bugs the hell outta me. Just feels like it doesn’t belong.
I tried sleeping on my side one time, and woke up with my sleep mask hanging from the ceiling fan and a crack in my TV screen.
>sleep on my back for as long as I can remember
>most comfortable position
>family and friends think that it's quirky and weird
>gf enjoys bullying me over it since even if I fall asleep cuddling with her, by the time I wake up I'm on my back, with my arms at my sides or over my body, like a fricking vampire
Stomach sleeping and side sleeping are too uncomfortable to fall asleep to, and I don't want to frick around with jamming pillows between my legs
don't know, I haven't been able to do this for years. when I finally did the skin on my face got clear for the first time in my life.
>worst: sleeping on your stomach
Don't care, still doing it. Been doing it for nearly 43 years without any issues.
weighted blanket or waifu body pillow on top of you like i do
Back only and nopillow for me
Get 2 long body pillows and lie between them like youre in a coffin.
I was trying not to resort to that
Its very cozy
Just rest a second pillow over your face (tilted to leave your mouth clear).
>Saddam Hussein
People that can fall asleep on their back are psychopaths.
My shoulders are too wide to sleep on the side
