Eye mask and ear plugs for better sleep quality.

Avoid drinking anything before bed. If you wake up in the middle of the night thirsty, drink 200mL or less, or else you'll have to pee again soon.

L-Theanine and 500mcg melatonin. More than 500mcg of melatonin and your body rapidly adapts to it.

Consider sleep monitors that wake you when you're not deeply asleep. Nothing worse than your alarm going off when you're deep asleep.

Exercise hard every day. This is the only way I've ever slept through entire nights without taking Benadryl. Benadryl helps me stay asleep, but it makes me intermittently tired throughout the following day.

      > ear plugs
They help a lot. I bought Loop Ear Plugs per the advice of an anon here recently and they’ve helped enormously alongside some white noise.
      > eye mask
Give me eye pain when I wake up. I wouldn’t recommend.

Do you have sleep apnea? I went from totally unable to function I was so sleep deprived to tired and irritated but able to function by using one of those mandibular advancement devices that help with sleep apnea.

If you sleep with a partner, she may be able to hear you stop breathing during the night.
Snoring can be a sign of apnea.
Formal diagnosis is usually done with a Nocturnal polysomnography in a sleep lab. Though apparently there are home tests.

You should try to replenish your glycogen stores in the evening so you aren't on empty when you wake up. The best way is to have a desert with your dinner. Ideally you want something with sugar and fruit like apple pie. It is how all pro athletes do it.

Pro athletes who eat pasta, potatoes, and white rice at night you buffoon. Sugar will just make you feel like shit in the morning.

Listen your body has several different receptors to absorb carbohydrates. If you want to actually replenish your glycogen stores overnight you need to use all of them. This includes fructose and glucose receptors. Quit being moronic. Eat some fruit and a little bit of sugar after a workout or a few hours before bed and you will be amazed at the energy you have.

The issue is you’re asking this to a fitness community so all the responses are going to be diet and fitness related.
What does your life look like? Are you having fun everyday. Are you doing things that make you feel good, pleasure, excitement. How much are you doing things that bore you? A lot of energy is related to how we live. I assume you’re not really living the life you want and therefore you don’t wake up feeling amazing and ready to conquer

Sleep multiples of 90 minutes. Human sleep cycles are about 90 minutes long, with the first 20 minutes being shallow sleep, and the next 70 being deep rem sleep. If you wake up during shallow sleep you'll feel well rested and alert. If you wake up during rem sleep you feel groggy and like garbage. This is why a 15 minute catnap feels better than a 30 minute one. In regards to sleeping at night, don't sleep 8 hours, sleep 6, 7.5 or, 9.
