    Run a peaking program, stall on it indefinitely until you realize that you also need to build muscle to acquire strength. The beanpole guy you follow on social media has better genetics than you and if you had his genetics you wouldn't be asking this question.

      How can you maximalise your strength with minimalising your muscle mass?

      I want to be as strong as possible while also being as skinny as possible.

      To add, I forget the details but barbell medicine did a podcast about it, they were able to separate muscle growth from strength increase pretty easily in the lab- you can even decrease muscle size while still increasing strength with some techniques (something to do with blood flow restricted training I think).

    hello fellow aespa stan.
    for me i would say always stick to low reps, take long rests between sets, and dont stay in the gym for too long. I was pretty thin, like sub 78kg when i benched 140 doing this.

      Yeah i will try this, till now i had always done 8+ reps and only upped weight when I was really comfortable with it. Im gonna try upping the weight so i can do max 4 reps, and add come isometrics. Hope it works

    very heavy weight with very low reps. ive been lifting for like 12 years and i look like dyel esp in clothes. i never went above 8 reps. 70% of time i do 3 reps per set, 20% of time i do 5 reps and 9% of time i do 8 reps. ive also seen some strong guys that do bouldering and they also look dyel af.

        Yeah ok. Notable lifts are
        >+85kg weighted chin 1rm
        >+50kg dip x5 (can probably do more now)
        >+10kg 1rm one arm pull up right and +12kg left
        I openly dont give a shit about my legs but i like cardio. Biking almost every day. Once i tried hex diddly and did like 160kg

            In a basic sense more muscle mass means you have more power available. Even if theoretically you could train for strength while growing 1/3 of the usual size, you would cap on strength very early.
            The most basic solution, is train heavy, stay natty and be skinny. Hide excess muscles by dressing appropriately.

            You must be smoking crack if you think you look dyel. Talk to your dad about developing a positive body image and stop jacking off to juiced fitness bloggers (male).

    I trained powerlifting programs while not eating a lot

    My SBD are as follows: 190kg, 130kg, 205kg
