I’m late gen X (46yo) and have to admit most of the guys my age look like shit. I’m not talking about been otter nor athletic, I mean fat, can’t run 100m without losing their whole breath, if not fat super flabby, bald and counting 1000 wrinkles in their faces.
Very rare. I've only seen it on some Bosnian construction workers. Few men can reach their 50's without ruining their bodies with bad food and alcohol.
you guys are teenagers. Im not him but that is a very normal build for someone who is that old. To be stick thin at that age is a lot harder than it is when youre a broccoli zoom.
He’s in his late 50s and cutting you homosexual, if more Americans were like him, we would live in a vastly better society. Also post body at least if you’re gonna say that
>old age
Lol, umm thanks? JK, I really appreciate the kind words. I remember when I was your age, there were about 20 of us at work all around the same, and we all looked like crap body-wise, except for one old fart who turned 60, and was in excellent shape (lifter), which has always stuck with me.
How do we get more people healthy later in life?
Is there a cultural shift we need to push? A legislative one? Incentives for health care?
I don't want any cruel bullshit, I just think a little effort to get the population to keep off weight would honestly do so much for us
>get the population to keep off weight
Noooo, I am heavily invested in the health care industry, push fast food, sugary drinks, lots of chemicals in lab grown foods so the government can fund my research into new expensive drugs that people can't afford.
there's no regulation or legislation that can do it in the short term because they never address the root cause
all legislation just bans or taxes sodas and other sugary items - the REAL root cause is the government subsidizing corn to the point that we had such an abundance of it that they started coming up with new ways to process it and turn it into new products to sell
every junk food you can think of, there's a 2 in 3 chance that it's entirely made of corn or corn derivatives like corn syrup
corn is a poverty-tier food that's calorically dense and nutritionally barren, and meant to keep you full when we all worked manual labor and had no food. it functionally has no place as the cornerstone of the modern diet
>How do we get more people healthy later in life?
Do more physical labor at a younger age. Preferably without injuring your back by doing something stupid.
>men in their 50s?
50s here - the challenge with being fit in da 50s is time. As you get older you have more time constraints to work to pay more bills (house, divorce, kids, medical, layoffs, etc) and you are on the financial treadmill to make enough to survive and hopefully retire. If you ar rich there is no reason to be fat, being fit will ensure you live a longer healthier life. I was so busy at work for years that I got fat and soft. Now retired I am in great shape. I like working out and physical activity outdoors but the hours needed to make it work kept me from good overall fitness. Now relaxed, I see what I used to be - hustling to get food, back to work, guys coming home at the end of the day tired, head down, shoulders slouched. Used to be me. Guys to so manual labor are strong but fat, manual labor is not the same a working out.
he doesn't look like that though
in every movie he is naked for few seconds, it's doctored into oblivion, nice gyno though >it's fat
no, it's b***h breasts, hairpiece is also nice 😀
I dint do physical labor. Other than lift man made metal in a man made gym
Not very now that Gen X is reaching that age. Maybe 20 years ago when you had middle-aged men that weren't up their own ass

Wrinkles are cool though. But you have to be lean
If you literally just don't get fat and stay moderately active, you will look better than like 50% of the population at 20 and like 95% at 35
Everyone over 37 should be killed
You look like that too though
Bout tree fiddy

Gets more difficult but not impossible as you get older
57yo 5'10" 180lbs Currently cutting from 189
A bit fat but pretty good for a man reaching his 7th decade of living
Which is why I'm currently cutting.
