Well I mean I started with 200mg, and then 6 weeks in I found out a girl I thought I was on a break with had gotten back together with her ex, so I kinda said "frick it we ball" and upped it to 500 for a little blast. Blast and cruise since then, mostly test with some orals. I think 200 would be a great starting point for TRT.
It's not a silver bullet, but the energy, confidence, and dopamine response to achievement that testosterone support are massively helpful.
