>big pecs
maybe >big legs
this is very useful in the real world
maybe stop being such a fairy yourself and just enjoy lifting, I couldn't imagine going to the gym 3-5 times a week and NOT enjoying the sets I am doing right there and then, I don't think about "hmm how will a hypothetical female or male brain view this or that" I just lift bro
>this is very useful in the real world
lol not at all. runners have skinny to medium legs. hiw often do you out geavy shitvon your back and squat down and up repeatedly? same with derplift. irl grip gives out way before back/legs. things dont have convenient handles most often and if they do they are awkwardly shaped. most "functional" would be fat bar sumo deadlift. still waste of time. just get grippers lmao.
The more you can lift in a "perfect" gym setting, the more you can lift with more awkward levers. >grip
You think I am going to grip a person or an object like a barbell? Have you ever moved a piece of furniture in your entire life?
I have a pretty mid physique. Skinny arms. But I always enjoyed bench pressing. Eventually, my pecs got pretty big, even though my triceps and shoulders didnt. I have relatively big pecs. Almost bodybuilder sized pecs on skinny "basketball player" sized arms. They are visible through my shirt. My chest rounds out. They are my best "body part" I can bench about 385 for one rep. Nothing amazing, but its all chest. Very little tricep.
By telling them they were weak if they didn't do it. Attack a straight man's masculinity only to make him more feminine. Gays are geniuses lol
>what are proportions
Dumb thread
No.
>t. "ottermode" zoomer scared of bulking
the F you mean? It's as attractive as 1+1=2

>homosexual from IST telling me what girls actually like
That beard looks like a clump of daddy long legs.

Women touch my pecs. They like them.
So youre wrong.
Squatting is kind of gay dls are the straight man version. Squats are like a deadlift with isolation to increase cheek size.
