About two or so years ago I was 387lbs and now I'm at 262. For the past several months I've been hovering in the 270-280 area and I want to get back on the wagon to drop another 10-20.
This has been achieved by a lifestyle and diet change. I grew up poor eating garbage and I'm trying to unfrick myself.
I just got back from muttmart and spent about $45 on shit for the week. I eat the tuna at work and I figured I'd do chicken/vege meal preps for the week. Gonna have to stop fricking around and count calories again. Were the rice cakes a meme purchase or does it have a place in a cut?
Where are the eggs?
I got about half a carton left in my fridge. Probably should have gotten another one.
I had an egg in a basket yesterday, probably not the best way to have them but it's just too goddamn delicious.
Only a carton? It's 36 eggs/day to maximize gainz!
you need to add fiber powder because it's like cheating
whey protein also feels like cheating
you don't have any eggs
eat rice cakes if you like them but they're not doing anything for you
I got some fiber supplements I bought last week. I've felt like I needed them lately.
the best thing is the big container of sugar free powder and just taking a scoop in water every day. it saves me from wanting to eat 500-700 calories because it makes me full every day and obviously it's good for your digestive system and colon
Blaha tier
Agreed these homies make me sad eating like this.
That's the saddest shit I've ever seen a true product of the tiktok generation
I'm a millennial and I'm not sure of you're reading comprehension but I'm looking for loss, not gains.
You're gonna get loss alright
Alright
Groceries for the week look fine. You should do potatoes instead of the rice cakes though. Way more satisfying and satiating and also has more micros
Got a few bags, much more satiating indeed.
why all the canned shit? its more expensive and less tasty get some actual fresh ones
I got frozen veges in my freezer as well, closest I'm gonna get to fresh produce unless I'm planning on cooking a special dinner or if my family comes over. I like shit that'll keep for a long time I gotta make Shlomo some kid touching money every week at my job and I don't have a lot of time to myself.
Why are you buying food you'll hate eating when you're like 260lbs OP?
Just make some high protein burritos following a YouTube recipe and eat those rather than the chicken broccoli and rice diet
Im looking so much leaner since I gave up greens. No more stomach bloat.
Garden peas is about the only veg I eat these days. I was proud of myself though earlier in the year for cooking up and eating brussel sprouts for the first time in my adult life. They were actually pretty good.
I'm eating some sprouts right now, forgot I had them along with the asparagus. I just spent a long ass time doing some meal prep for next week and I'm hating myself for excluding those. I'm already winding down and too lazy to add them.
I got some hard boiled eggs waiting on me too.
Decent veggies gross everything else
I never meal prepped for a whole week before. I hope it'll help me keep my head in the game with my calorie budget since everything is all portioned.
you need carbs to be an actual beast so no the rice isn't a meme the rice is the most important part
