How did your body frick you up?
Me:
>Low calf insertions
I want to be a runner goddamn it. Runners all have small calves that insert high and spring them forward. This "muscle" is totally useless. There is not a single real life scenario where having big calves helps.

    I dont believe you
can someone list benefits of low insert calves?

There are literally none. Maybe it's better if you come upon the classic real life situation of wanting to push something above you using only your calves.
Whereas having short small calves makes your achilles tendon large and springy.

Low calves are far superior to high calves. Not only that, high calves are a Black person trait. Meanwhile low calves are a good Nordic trait

High calves are just for rooning and joomping. Low calves provide a few advantage. Low calves = bigger calves = calfmogging high calflets by default. Second, bigger calves = stronger calves = better squat+DL, etc. Third low calves help insulate heat in the legs which is preferable for cold environments. This is one of the reasons why Strongmen champions tend to come from Northern Europe. There are very few of them that aren't low calved. The bigger and stronger calves are better for balance since stronger muscles in general are better for balance.

Never use the words "little racism" when describing the Grand Wizard Brian Shaw, his mere presence can cause the melanin to attack the body of anyone with an excessive amount leading to a massive heart attack, some are more hardy then most but the breaking ritual Shaw invented takes care of that.

High calf inserts and deep hip sockets are actually a northern/Western European trait. Yes it is also common among Africans. Shallow hip sockets and low calves are common among Asians and Eastern Europeans. Sprinters are good at balance because of their long tendons and high inserts. It is the superior phenotype for (certain kinds of) performance and survival.

Low inserts give a longer muscle belly so there is more potential to produce greater force, beneficial for carrying heavy things. But carrying heavy stuff is more about the hips and core strength anyways.
