      Most aren't and tend to look like this:
      The real question is why don't they look even worse then that pic despite drinking lots of alcohol and eating shitty food? well....

      - Highest T levels you'll ever have in your life (early 20's)
      - Walking/biking almost daily
      - Fairly active lifestyle relative to other parts of your life...playing sports, meeting up at the bar...rarely are you sitting in your room or at a desk for long if you're doing college right
      - They're smarter and wealthier then average, both of which are corelated to making better choices that help keep you in shape

    Sports. Also, a lot of them are actually pretty smart and don't invest a lot of time in studying.

    By being 18-24. Literally impossible to not be remotely in shape as a 20 yo with bare minimum exercise, unless your genetics are utterly fricked or youre a cripple

    Being young. I used to get drunk, sleep 2-3h and play Sunday footy tournaments. Of course it'd be better to rest well and not drink but the drop in performance isn't that big when you're 20-24.

    That's literally it. Even the college girls drink alcohol 3-4 days a week, every week. and they all look skinny and in shape.

    From my experience a lot of them are business majors who don't have a lot of class so they spend all their time playing sports or at the gym. Once they hit the real world and get desk jobs a lot of them end up getting the dad bod.

    When I was at uni-
    >gym 4 days a week+some cardio
    >didn't actually eat *that* much, even factoring in takeaway/other goyslop, 2 meals a day none of which were huge
    >drank spirits on nights out rather than beer

    They're Young. You don't have to do much to maintain a Decent physique at 18-22 (and btw, they're usually just that, decent. Nothing too crazy). Their physique is already good naturally. All these protocols and calorie measurements and autism workouts come after you hit 30.
