Just started boxing and my wrists are weak like the soibot meme. Will buying picrel contraption help build a stronger wrist (and forearm)? What are the most efficient ways to build wrist strength? From my research the best workouts I can see are Knuckle Pushups & Wrist Curls.

learn how to make a proper fist and just trust the process of boxing. keep throwing punches
Even with wraps and gloves I could feel my wrist struggling after some time. I will keep pushing just want to do everything I can outside of the ring to maximize my training. I hate being a wristlet 🙁
looks like a good way to get carpel tunnel.
JFL using the soft unprotected part of your wrist as leverage
this may be the WORST fitness item I have ever seen, and I have seen a lot.
just get a stick, rope and weights. then twist the stick to slowly lift the weights, then twist backwards etc.
Keep in mind, anything you buy will be cheap shit that is worse than making this yourself.
Thanks for the detailed advice anon <3
I laughed at the soibot and here I am in a similar predicament.

it's shit. standing barbell wrist curls are much better.
doing wrist curls on a bench is probably better for gains but standing ones feel way better.
