          your height in centimeters is how many grams. frick the people giving you bodyweight recommendations, that ignores how fat you are. you don't need more protein if you have a ton of extra fat. the protein to body weight measurement is supposed to be a gram of protein per lb of lean body mass. Not overall weight.

    I wish there was a tutorial or guide or something with facial expressions and gestures girls do so I can learn what they mean.     The real answer is 0.8 - 1.2g per lb of goal body weight. Realistically if you’re skelly mode or skinny fat, you only need 0.8 - 1.0g. You really only need 1.2g if your heavy bulking or even more if you’re on roids.
