How do I cope with being completely weak in the beginning? I literally squat as much as I bench (and I barely bench more than the air)

Frick off homosexual. No one cares.
If you can't say something nice don't post at all
Don't listen to this moron, OP.
Just accept that it's going to take a while to become more than weak. Keep putting in the effort, keep at it. Trust the process. Make sure you're doing appropriate lifts, ask a professional/someone who knows more about it than you in your gym. It'll take a while of being weak, but if you're doing the right workouts you'll see slow, steady progress. Keep at it and don't give up.
And yeah don't listen to this dipshit
We were all weak once.
Thank you for the encouraging words man
No worries, bro. Ignore the haters. Focus on your journey. This thread is full of idiots who probably don't even have good bodies and want to feel superior to someone because they don't often get to.
Post body
Take your meds
>all the replies seething
you're right
no one gives a shit and IST shouldn't be your gay ass personal hugbox
people don't care about how much you struggle, they only care about results
>IST shouldn't be your gay ass personal hugbox
This.
Trips were wasted on you
or maybe you're just a homosexual?
Yeah I fricked your Dad
Kek no-one's seething except the people who don't like OP. Read the replies.
how old are you
hot
It’s okay to lift light weights
It’s not ok to struggle with light weights
Keep your ego in check for 12 weeks anon, you’ll be lifting way more by then
>It’s not ok to struggle with light weights
I'm not OP but explain what you mean. Not okay? Why?
>It’s okay to lift light weights
>It’s not ok to struggle with light weights
no, it's not
beginners should be doing sets of fahve instead of doing 12-20 reps with literal physical therapy weights
Listen bro
You’re comparing the start of your journey with someone who’s already made progress. That’s not fair to yourself.
No one is immediately strong. Everyone had to work up to it
Install Grindr
Everyone starts somewhere, if you're as weak as you say just know that it'll probably take you a bit of time to reach average strength.
Being able to do things you weren't capable of feels great, good luck anon
Well these are my stats:
Weight: 67 kg
Height: 182 cm
>Bench: 47.5 kg
>Squat: 47.5 kg
>OHP: 32.5 kg
>Deadlift: 87.5 kg
>Pendlay Rows: 35 kg
All of these are my set weights. I checked various strength standards websites and found out my squat is subpar.
It's way too early to worry about shit like that.
Continue working out and eat more.
