Who gives a shit, it just takes longer when you're very tall. I'm 6'5 and my gym bro lifts way less then me at 5'7 but looks like a beast while I look like I barely made it out of DYEL territory. But you can only gain a certain amount of muscle per year and 10lbs of muscle are going to look more impressive on a smaller frame.
truth. I have seen a short, fat, bald, barley working dick man bed a 9/10 for 2+ years of their relationship for these three reasons. he was confident, he was a writer (wrote a short story nightly) and he was always pleasent to be around.
Eat food. If you are skelly mode unironically SS+GOMAD, get huge (like 225-240lbs if you are around 6ft, more if you are taller). Your bf% will get higher and you will look kinda fat, but very strong. Then you cut to 15-18%bf and remain a muscular, actually useful human, instead of an insect-like creature
You are a DYEL, no shit that you look like one. If you can keep at it for 3 years you get to start complaining. Don't even consider TRT before you've lifted for a year.
