      I'm eating 200g chicken breast a day already. That's about $20 a week

Buy chicken thighs. They're way cheaper than chicken breast, especially if you get bone in on discount. They also taste better. Check if the supermarket you shop at has a discount section for meats.

I'm browsing my supermarket online now. I was able to find a 2kilo one I hadn't seen before, for $8 but it has only has 60 grams protein total? What the frick? Right now I eat a double protein version; 900g for $7.50 with 80g protein

Either youre not reading that correctly or that brand is full of sugar and has bad macros. 2 kilos of greek yogurt should have 200g protein.

yeah my bad, it was full cream yoghurt, not greek, but even my double protein greek yoghurt doesn't get 10g of protein per 100g

Is it nonfat? If its even like 2% fat thats going to have the same amount of protein with double the calories.

Nonfat yogurt is disgusting. gaye 5% master race. Easy to make yogurt if you have an immersion circulator (sous vide) which will save you tons of money.

this thats why the two european countries who consume the most dietary cholesterol from saturated fats (italy and switzerland) also have the lowest rates of heart disease. its been scientifically proven their is no relation to dietary cholesterol from saturated fat and heart problems. seeth and cope.

read some medical journals, not fitness blogs or protein resellers.
It's not anywhere near 1g per pound, and in fact too much protein can damage your kidneys.
Other guy was right, it's 1g per lb of lean body mass which basically translates to ~0.6g per pound.

Don't know how it's priced in the US or other parts of the world but here in Swedistan buying chickenlegs on the bone is probably the best bang for your buck you can get in terms of protein and taste. Around 50 SEK/ KG of meat(bone exluded) compared to other kinds of meat that goes for at least 100 SEK/ KG. I love roasting them in the oven and eating them hot of the bone, dripping in fat.
