Skinnyfat is when you're weak in one place more than other places. Your body ends up looking weird. Getting your physique in symmetry, in other words fixing your posture by strengthening your weaknesses, eliminates 99% of your issue. If you then have weird fat distributions like gynecomastia and other stuff, that's different, but skinnyfat is entirely postural. The biggest culprit tends to be a weak core, but rounded shoulders is very common too

Also some context, I was always chubby (not overweight) growing up and have lost a good amt of weight in the past two yrs. Maybe mostly baby fat? I'm hella sedentary so I just feel flabby.

What bmi is anorexic? Am a dude but i was 15 bmi at one point because i forgot to eat and stayed up all night and also did calisthenics. Not good for men cuz it cost me 2 inches of height .

Yes. If i were a girl i wouldnt mind being underweight ( but at 17 or 18 bmi) but its not a good look for guys like me. That was years ago when i was an anorexic stick with undiagnosed depression and adhd. Now im bulked up and jacked.

Eat better. Your appetite will go down. The reason you overeat is because your appetite is not quenched by your intake. Next time you're hungry, boil 3 potatoes, broccoli and thaw a salmon. Sprinkle some lemon juice and eat that.
You will be satiated for the rest of the evening. You might still crave sugar, but you won't overeat.
The next step after fixing your biggest meals is developing good snacking habits. But start with eating like normal people. You'll lose weight in a matter of weeks (without exercise).
Ok this makes sense. I mostly rely on the dining halls of my college or food my parents sent me, though. I don't have time to meal prep. but I could def be more conscious of what type of food I'm consuming

Hello fellow autist. I also simulated an ED to help me with my cut recently and it was successful! I'm the leanest I've ever been and was only starving/a c**t some days. I'm not into the full ana vibe though so some parts may differ.
1. Only eat organic produce and meat if you can afford
2. Watch binge vlogs on Youtube
3. Measure waist every few days
4. Obviously track everything you eat on myfitnesspal and weigh everything
5. Do not go out to eat with friends
6. Wear v cut tshirts so you can feel your collarbones during the day
7. Go to workout classes with other skinny b***hes (yoga, pilates)
8. Drink coffee
I'm sure I can think of more but these were the main ones. good luck 🙂

Yes 100% it has unfortunately (?) become a compulsion for me. Some more ideas are:
1. When you walk outdoors or on the treadmill play 2000s catwalk music and LARP as a runway model or kpop chick idk I'm assuming you're asian
2. Compare yourself with other women at the gym/workout classes and try to estimate their waist size. Compare what you eat to the fat women in your workplace
3. 2012 tumblr and pinterest thinspo (although you probs already do this)

Skinny skinny with no muscle ends up with a weird stomach and protruding ribs. Do a bit of abs to keep your core cute. Drink a ton of water all day but especially before you eat. Otherwise, in my experience, going full ana will just set you up to rebound. It's way better to do the gradual climb down. I normally eat one meal a day, but it's not tiny, and I'll let myself fast every once in a while

Anorexic guy, just eat one meal a day. Drink a fricking shit ton of water. Just remember that everything you eat over a certain amount will keep you fat, or even worse make you fatter. Eat a bunch of soup or fish or chicken, avoid anything with oil or butter or too much salt (causes bloating). If you're worried about nutrition then just eat varied. DRINK COFFEE, it suppresses your appetite a lot. Smoking too but it's really awful for you so I don't do it.
Unironically i've been asking myself the same question. But unlike (OP) i'm not a lazy skinny person, I really am fat. I've been doing light sports and lost 5 kg in a little bit more then a month. But eating is still my issue as a neet who lives with their parents and has no say in all the processed cheap shit they buy.
