    Lower your body fat %. Ik you said you're "a decent weight", but I guarantee you don't have a six pack, and if you were lean enough to have a six pack, it'd be impossible to have noticeably wide hips.
    In the meantime, lift. Do upper body lifts to widen your chest, shoulders, and back and make your hips look narrower by comparison. But also do lower body lifts. It may sound counter-intuitive, but nobody will care if you have slightly wide hips/thick thighs if your lower body is actually muscular. Also, if you walk/jog/run a lot, it will give your legs a more athletic look.

        I exercise effectively non-stop just to look normal. I'm lifting heavy during the day, going on 1-2 hour walks every night, eating right, taking testosterone supplements + estrogen blocks. But the end result is looking like a normal dude who works out once or twice a week. If I stop, my body starts actively fighting against me.

        Same here, wider hips and thighs with a more narrow upper body (shoulders are normal though). Its genetic for me, my dad has a similar build.
        Gaining a bit of weight/muscle and working out regularly will definitely help. For fits, avoid tight clothes. Suits and jackets work really well for me, they create a more masculine shape and bring more attention to my upper body. But in the end, no one irl besides a few spoiled prostitutes gives a shit if you dont have a perfect body type.
