work out the muscles that have atrophied. for rolled shoulders, stretch your chest and shoulders, work out your back.
stretch your neck muscles, work them out lightly. be aware of your posture and actively correct it. it'll become second nature after a while. get a better chair if you sit a lot, or as another anon mentioned, standing desk.
For me meditation Burmese position if you don't like meditating you can sit like that and listen to music or podcast. If you also have rounded shoulders there's tons of YouTube videos on stretches and resistance exercises
If you have to fix your posture with workout, you will always need workout in order to maintain your posture. I'm not big on genetics as a factor against something, but there are some genetic traits that might give you permanent posture problems.
Work on the muscles around the hip. Primarily the glutes maximus, medius and minimus. Add some exercises for your psoas muscle.
You’ll need to work on your posture throughout the day too.
The modern view of what is good posture is fricked.You just need to look at the ancient greek vase paintings and statues to see that almost no modern human have good posture.
