okay I grew and I'm giving you the answer. You might have scoliosis. I believe there are exercises that helps with that, look it up. Those are PT level shit not your regular gymbro exercises.
if you deadlift heavy drop the weight down until you have perfect form and start again from there. I had a similar problem and the only way I fixed it was fixing my deadlift form to not make my right arm pull more of the weight
