Frame is good, you just need to shed a bit of weight. Body is very salvageable at this point. Fix your diet. Start eating chicken breast, egg whites, oatmeal, lettuce, tuna, etc. Stop eating garbage. Reduce your alcohol intake. If you need to drink, keep it to 1-2 drinks every couple days. Don’t drink anything with sugar in it. In fact get rid of sugar entirely from your diet. Do cardio. Mixing cardio with a low calorie diet will make you drop weight quick.
Someone should post that infographic about eating 36 egg whites a day (hard boiled with yolk scooped out) and a multivitamin. That’s like a 750 calorie per day diet. If you did that you’d drop 10 lbs in no time at all.
Use coffee and tea to defeat hunger. Get used to being hungry. Get comfortable eating plain foods. Stop thinking to yourself “wah wah I’m so depressed and hungry I’m going to eat whatever I want.” Get over it already. Eat less than you feel is necessary unless you’ve been doing compound lifts or something where your body feels like it’s falling apart unless you eat tons of protein.
A bit mistake that fatties make is they do a little workout and they think to themselves “Wow, I really earned a fatty-fat ass meal now that I lifted 5 lbs,” then they go and undo the progress of the sir workout by eating way too many calories. Don’t do that. This isn’t rocket science.

Why were you eating bread? Look at it this way: 1/2 cups of oatmeal for breakfast, one chicken breast for lunch, and a handful of hard-boiled eggs whites (no yolk) thrown in the mix and some lettuce. All together that will be somewhere in the range of 700-900 calories for breakfast and lunch together. That leaves you a bunch of wiggle room for dinner where you’d have to eat absolute trash to not be at a caloric deficit for the day. You’ll drop weight easily, especially if you do cardio every 2-3 days.
Egg goes from 60 calories to about 15 calories when you lose the yolk, and the protein’s in the white anyways. All that vitamin and mineral shit that’s in the yolk you can just get from taking supplements.

Cut 10lbs, then go for a clean bulk and focus on incline press and ohp
