Hey Bros the rest of my body is extremely buff and cool but this area around my belly just doesn't seem to change no matter how much abdominal exercise I do I don't want to eat at a colored deficit since I'm using heavyweight for hypertrophy games so please give me advice on to how to fix my belly

You have to be way leaner than you realize to have defined abs. You can decide if it's worth it.
If that's what you want then you can try to get really lean and very slowly add muscle to stay that lean. It will be difficult though.
I've havent cut since highschool when I could barely max 185 bench. How much of my gains can I expect to lose if I cut say 30% of my body weight? for reference Im 6'1 215, and sitting at about 1/2/3/4.

You might lose some strength while you are cutting because your body will be weak and depleted. You won't really lose any gains, especially not after you start eating at maintenance again. If you end up smaller than you hoped, it's not because you lost gains, but because you never had them in the first place. This shit is hard.
Im more worried about losing strength than size

Reality is that unless you deliberately try to go on a cut, you are likely going to have a belly when you sit down my dude. It's pretty normal adult male fat distribution.

You are around 18% bodyfat. The only way to get abs is to lose even more fat and get to 10%. There is nothing else you can do.

You're just fricking fat. You have to lose like 30-40 lbs or maybe more of pure fat. Also, don't listen to fit when they say that compounds are enough for abs. They aren't. It's a noob trap. Build your damned abs or else they won't show even if you get down to 10% body fat. You'll still have a fat pouch or loose skin pouch there
