There are muscles in the wrist that can be grown. My wrists increase about a half-inch after/while lifting (due to gripping barbells/dumbells/etc) because those muscles get a pump
Your wrists will forever be the size they are due to your skeletal frame
Same with framelets spamming lateral raises and other shoulder exercises and going “I increased my shoulder width and fixed my frame”
You cant lift weights and change the shape of your bones
There are muscles in the wrist that can be grown. My wrists increase about a half-inch after/while lifting (due to gripping barbells/dumbells/etc) because those muscles get a pump
Cope harder incel. Wrist width along the x axis is limited by the bone but wrist thickness across the y axis can be increased. You have b***h wrists because you workout like a b***h, not because of "muh genetics"
Except the wrist itself does not contain any muscle to grow, it his covered in ligaments and tendons that attach to the muscles in your forearm and hand
You cannot physically change the size of your wrists
Hahaha this Black person is too stupid to click the video. What? Still only have 2G internet in Sri Lanka? Video takes too long to load? LMAO. Let me just post it again to shit on you harder

I literally said the wrist has no muscles that attach to it, and the muscle was in the forearm, and that it aids in the wrist turning, but again it doesn’t attach to the wrist
There are no muscles on the wrist, not a hard concept, your own evidence of anatomy proved you wrong

When people talk about "thickening their wrist", they aren't talking about the part in the picture - which is technically your "wrist joint".

It's impossible to wear a watch like that. It will drift down.

what advantages you mean, just to be precise? >god tier grip on deadlift that make you drop the weight before you feel any other muscle being put to work? >wrist pain before even benching 2pl8? >inability to do dips without support or else your wrist bones feel like they're about to snap in half?
In order to set a height filter on bumble you have to buy premium. Imagine the type of woman who pays money for extra features on bumble. This is not a representative sample
Rice bucket training, grip training, wrist curls. Nothing can change your bone structure (at least not significantly) but these exercises can add some thickness.
I thought my wrists were comically tiny for decades, until I realized I just have big hands. Anyway if you want a solution forearm exercises do help a bit, but only because you can get /fat/ and still have some vascularity. Also, call me a tinfoil hatter but I believe heavy weights and grip training make your tendons bigger but this is basically irrelevant in the short term.
I still remember the moments when I was shopping for a wrist watch as a young man and the woman in the store got visibly uncomfortable trying to fit the strap because she had to take out more and more links and eventually said some shit like "Maybe we don't have what you're looking for". Then, one of my girlfriends got me a bracelet as a gift. It was a shitty gift already but it was also way too big so I never wore it. When I go to events and they try to put the entry wristband on they often give me looks because they are difficult to close when they are way too big for the wrist.

Lol I miss bullying in high school. There was this really short kid named Blake and this one time our whole class of like 250 kids were going on a field trip and as they were loading us up onto the last bus, the driver said "I don't know if we're going to have enough room for everyone" and I yelled "we can stick Blake in the glove box" and like 100 kids just started cracking up hahaha lil Blake got so fricking mad and red in the face and started flipping out hard. I'm pretty sure he started crying when the teacher pulled him aside lol

LOL you'll be moronic for the rest of your life (it's also why you're poor)
are morons in this thread confusing their wrist with their forearm or something?
the wrist can not be grown. unless you're obese you should feel your wrist bones poking out at your wrist. there is such a minute amount of muscle tissue around the actual wrist and it's impossible to develop and target. grip is controlled by the forearm. all 'wrist' movements build forearm muscles. just build your fricking forearms and you'll look good.
Of course someone huge will likely be pretty strong, but strength can differ wildly despite muscle size. 35lbs curl kinda depends on your overall size too.
I am 5'11" 175lbs with small 6 inch wrists and my biceps are 14 inches. I can dumbell curl 48lbs for about 7-8 reps.
In fact I think it's better to be as strong as you can at the lightest bodyweight. Guess it depends on your aim.
Fat grips and pic related.

Do bicep curls for 200 reps (100 per arm).
They are corrected, thinking they can increase the wrist girth, and are told to increase the ulna instead because that's possible.
It's ok to be wrong, anon.

I thought it's unfixable but pullups from those bouldering holds at least give the area a pump. Deadlifts for some reason don't.
because for deadlifts the default strain is on the back, arms and wrists, for pullups it's just on the wrists, you can see this by doing a deadhang
are morons in this thread confusing their wrist with their forearm or something?

Copy arm wrestlers, moron. I've never seen a single one with girl wrists.
Yeah, because they are not suited for the sport
You don't need to have good genetics for arm wrestling nor win competitions in order to use their methods to get bigger.
Is it possible to be decently strong and skinny?
I can curl 35lbs for reps but my forearms still look like they belong on a 14 year old girl
Then again maybe 35lbs isn't impressive
Of course someone huge will likely be pretty strong, but strength can differ wildly despite muscle size. 35lbs curl kinda depends on your overall size too.
