      Yeah for real, op is either posing fricked up, or that is a medical injury. You don't get that way by mixed grips. More to the story.

      However, the real answer, in case someone who is slightly asymmetrical is reading, is twofold: dumbbells and one arm exercises. Do dumbbell variations of anything you would use a barbell for. If it's a cable exercise halve the weight and do it one handed.

      Yeah, this is called scapular winging, a condition I have because of hypermobility. If OP isn't hypermobile, it may be because of damage to some muscles, or paralysis in some instances.
