Either go to dentist or rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide

3% specifically? is there a reason fot it?

electric tooth bush, whitening tooth paste, whitening stipes, professional bleaching, veneers

I've been told that electric tooth brushes were great before, but I didn't know it could help with whitening. They are pretty expensive around here, but I may check one out.

high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide can cause sensitivity and prolonged exposure can be quite painful. If you can't afford to get a bleach tray from a dentist, you can find similar products in-store that effectively do the same thing.
Still though stains won't go anywhere without actual dental work. If you look around you can find dental insurance at a reasonable price. I pay $40/month for mine.

they legitimately look completely fine, you've been psyoped by Hollywood to think bleach white teeth are normal.

While those on pic aren't mine, they look similar. And yes they are ok but they are still darker than the teeth on people around me, I just want to reach that level, not the freaky Hollywood smile, they look weird and it absolutely destroys your real teeth on the long run.

They're not. OP's pic are clearly stained and grimey. Naturally healthy teeth should have a slight yellow hue.

        Anonymous

Yes, this. Mine are noticeably more yellow than the average teeth from where I live, nothing crazy but still, I just wanna reach that average level.

The yellow comes from the dentine, the hard but resilient material your teeth are made of. The white comes from the enamel, which is the hardest material in your body and translucent. Getting older your teeth get more yellow. If your teeth have a different color than most people around you it could be your natural color.
Brush your enture set of teeth, many people just brush their front teeth and when they smile you csn see the other teeth are yellower/less clean. Teeth whitening weakens your teeth and does not last forever.

Just get a professional cleaning done at the dentist. I had a very bad stain between my bottom teeth for years when I hadn’t gone for a true cleaning. I was amazed that they could remove the stain, but they did. They recommended brushing once you’ve finished your coffee. I haven’t been doing that, but I brush twice a day with a toothbrush, floss and use mouthwash twice a day and that seems to be working.

      >They recommended brushing once you’ve finished your coffee.

Don't fricking do this. Rinse with water but don't fricking brush until your mouth's acidity has gone way the frick down (45 minutes to 1 hour). Yeah it's not ideal for keeping your pearly whites white but it sure beats destroying your enamel.

Just mix some turmeric powder, neem powder and sodium bicarbonate, mix with few drops of water and mix into paste. That's my go-to method. It will take care of 95%, I'd say you'll manage to get natural teeth color. It won't taste great, but at least you'll spare your oral cavity of mystery chemicals and get the job done

just stop drinking coffee. If you're a crippling caffeine addict then just go to the dentist. If you're too poor for that then lmao.

drink your coffee through a straw
buy a toothpaste that contains 2-3% peroxide, don't go higher than that or it causes your gums to recede
realize that it's a slow process, but your teeth will gradually become whiter

sonic brush, 3% hydrogen peroxide mouthwash(I use it because its cheap), stop drinking coffee and drink yerba mate, I cycle coffee with yerba to keep my teeth white. It takes about 1 month of not drinking coffee to actually see any changes.

Arm & Hammer toothpaste or a little bit of baking soda. Don't actually brush since the acid made your teeth soft. just swish it all around your mouth a bit to neutralize the now acidic environment in your mouth or constantly rinse out your mouth for a few minutes to help neutralize it. Won't totally get rid of the stains but will help your teeth from getting totally gross.

Continue brushing at normal times once in the morning and once before bed (obviously not immediately after drinking coffee).

literally just use whatever peroxide based whitening trays like opalescence and you will go up nicely a shade or two in a week already of daily applications.
If there are tough stains still left go get UV whitening at the dentist, I don't think its THAT expensive and if you stay dilligent with the whitening trays and brushing teeth after breakfast coffee you only have to do it once a year at most to maintain that real american sorority pearly white look.
Veneers are a meme and its a gamble if they look good. Save your chompers and wear them out naturally before replacing.

I did this. Bought the tubes and trays off of amazon. Every month I spend a sunday morning doing my teeth trays for 30 minutes.

      My teeth are GLEAMING WHITE

The key is doing it then keep doing it. Your teeth don't want to be butt white you have to will them that way.

There’s whitening tooth paste, which can give you sensitive teeth after a while so use on and off.

My gf gave me her “smile direct club teeth whitening” kit (the paste and LED light) which made a difference after a few days of use, it adds like 10 minutes to my morning and nighttime routine.

There’s whitening strips, which I don’t use but they seem to work well for many people.

Basically you gotta add a couple of the above solutions to your daily routine for a month or two and when you’re happy you can taper off and maintain.

Crest strips do great. Also food affects everyone's teeth different. Meaning some people get stains easier. This is because teeth are porous and this varies from person. So, just fyi if you do whiten them you might just have to do constantly.
Regardless strips work great and if they don't, you need to get them done professionally, which is kinda cheap, israelite.
