Those guys lift besides the gymnastics stuff. But also roid.
Nah, a lot of gymnasts today don't look that different than 20 years ago. You might have a few genetically gifted to the point they are freaks of nature but they all are built similarly.
The main things about being agymnast is you have to be small. As in if you are 5'10"+ then you will have a harder time competeing against those that are shorter.
The picrel is from 1948 moron. Before formal training and nutriton eas even a thing much less understood. Those guys were still pulling off shit without roids unlike your lazy ass
Because nutrition and training is better than it was 70 years ago?
>N-n-nnnno it has to be the roids.
Despite these are some of the most intensely and randomnly tested athletes on the planet at the competitve level, along with the fact guys were pulling off similar if not outright the same tricks 70 years ago.
You can tell they're not on roids because 1 > they don't have that disgusting dry skin >they don't have the obvious bowling ball shoulders that roids give you. Seeing all the shoulder work they do if they were on roids it'd be obvious but they dont

How do they get shoulders like that as a natty? Genuinely asking, what exercises do I have to do?

It's simple, they're not natty

Keep in mind they are short, as in 5'5'' short so that plays a big part in how they appear. But to answer your question, a ton of bodyweight exercises basically. Pommell horse, Rings, Parallel Bars put a ton of stress on your shoulder muscles along with your chest and back.

Hmmm. That seems impractical and hard. I will just keep doing lateral raises.

I used to OHP 1 plate+. I stopped working out for a bit because I hurt my back doing something unrelated and now have to go lighter. Even when I OHP'd heavy, my shoulders were always smaller than I wanted.

Buy a pair of gymnastics rings. That's what I did. Blew up My entire upper body plus you get mires from people watching you do ring pushups

That's not a general roid thing, moron. That is something bodybuilders specifically go for. Think of strongmen. They're fat as frick, definitely don't have dryness, and they're on roids like you wouldn't believe (well, seeing as how stupid you are, you probably wouldn't actually believe).

This kek
Bodybuilders are dry because they intentionally don't drink water to get drier while also taking pills to make them piss and shit out their fluids
>How do I get arms and abs like gymnasts???
Roids and being a turbomanlet.
5'8 is considered too tall for gymnastics, that should tell you everything.
>than 20 years ago
They used roids 20 years ago. >you have to be small
Roids don't magically make you 300lbs.

Look at Brandon Wynn's photo shoots, he looks like any other roidmonkey.
Not sure if you're serious but there are chemists that design drugs specifically for tested athletes to beat testing. They only test for what they know to look for.
Why do morons like you think these guys are being tested year-round? They cycle off before they know they're going to get tested, same as all the thousands of other athletes who are roiding, you stupid moron.

Because they get tested without any fricking notice even off season moron.

Yea, but it's right fricking there on the internet. It's not just the stupidity, it's the fricking inability to even try. It's the pathetic nature of that comment that makes me want to curbstomp the idiiot.
No shit. Why would he look at evidence when he already came to a conclusion without it? Sounds like a major waste of time.

oh yeah you're right I forgot roids were invented 19 years ago
Watch some of the older Cirque du Solei videos, all the guys don't look big but can lift up one or two girls, do handstands balancing other people, and all types of gymnastics.
Of course they could all be manlets.
>trying to reason with someone who will claim that anything that doesn't fit his worldview is fake and/or a conspiracy
Don't get dragged into arguments with regards or mentally ill people. It's beneath you.

We all accepted that gymnasts are short, and the good ones get paid. It's different than making fun of random anons trying to show off on a Mongolian basket weaving forum to other men.
Roids
Also training with professionals since age 9, strict diet 365 days a year
Also having great genetics, the ones you see at the olympics are 0,01% of gymnasts, many of the others did everything right too, they just never made it
Most gymnasts are short (5'4-5'8) and it's a known fact that manlets are more jacked than lanklets.
Also, it's literally their whole job to work out every day.
That's why they're jacked and you're skinnyfat on a 3-day brosplit working as a waitress.

I imagine the Olympics committee has even more funding to test for all types of steroids, if they wanted to.
Watch some of the older Cirque du Solei videos, all the guys don't look big but can lift up one or two girls, do handstands balancing other people, and all types of gymnastics.

Do gymnastics
Those guys lift besides the gymnastics stuff. But also roid.
Pullups, handstands, work out on rings, handsprings, dips, hangs, pushups.
Pretty much just a lot of intense bodyweight work that focuses on being explosive.
Also be a manlet
And roids
Be 4'11
Roid
Do upper body only for the next 10 years
Chin ups and dips
