You are supposed to do them with a bar, and add weight to it, you moronic piece of shit homosexual.
Don't do them everyday, at most do it every other day (so, 3~4 times a week).
Also, make sure you are eating enough protein, having semen as the only source of protein in your diet wont be enough.
If you do this, and sleep at least 6 hours every night, you will get a bigger ass.
eqt chicken, pretty low volume protein, beef liver 30g/1ounce per day to get your b12 and vitamin A in.
Then add 1 mozzarella per day (good b6 and calcium), some fruits to fill your other nutrients (iron, vitamin c, whatever) and then eat a shitcarb of choice.
My go to are these biscuits where i get in my vitamin E, tho when i have fo walk to and from the gym (2~ hours) i throw in some ice cream tp get to 3000cals.
make sure to be tactical with your polyunsaturaated fats intake and lactose intake, ideally you would eat all of that in one meal and then eat your chicken and whatever carb of choice the rest of your meals + your micronutrient foods at dawn or morning.
It would be "healthier" if you could eat some carb like pasta or rice over shitcarbs but you said you have trouble so this is probably a good protocol for you.

If you aren't building an ass you are purely not getting enough calories. It doesn't matter what the calories are from. If you're having trouble getting food down try to consume a half gallon of whole milk per week to start with. If you cook your food, use extra oil and cheese on top of chicken breasts, for example
