Are you serious? If so you're really not even trying. I get over 200 a day on 1400 cals. Chicken, egg whites, tuna, whey, more of the latter if you don't want the whey

Don’t listen to these DYEL morons low protein and lazy training is the reason why everyone here looks like shit. OP eat non fat greek yogurt, egg whites with some yolks, low fat ground beef, chicken breast, quinoa, broccoli, non fat milk as well as the rest of your diet stuff like jasmine rice

    Chicken, turkey and maybe fish.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are the best for calories to protein ratio.

Whey isolate, pea powder and other alternatives have 25g of protein and 130 kcal of energy. There is nothing with less than that, except pure amino acids which is other form of powder. Leanest meat cannot beat it and the same goes for any plant based protein. What are you going to suggest, spirulina? It's incomplete and not very safe, plus not everyone tolerates it well.

No you moronic Hispanic. If you said cornchips I might've given you the benefit of the doubt but your bland corn/flour flatmashed bullshit has a garbage mouth feel with eggs and adds nothing. Eat it on toast if you must otherwise use a fork like a functional human would.

unless ur like 250+lbs, that's too much protein.
you should aim for about 0.6-0.7 grams of protein per 1lb of body weight.

I was eating 200+ for years and apparently that was the source of my digestion issues.
