Low range of motion, can put a lot of pressure on your lumbar spine if you don't force yourself back into the seat, etc. It's an inferior exercise that most people only do because it looks simple and they can ego lift while hogging half the plates in the gym.
If you're a powerlifter, you want to practice the deadlift and squats as much as posisble. If you're not competing in that very specific sport then leg press is okay.
How do I improve ankle mobility bros? I literally can't go down past knees when I squat, and it's not even about weight, even without anything or empty bar I just fall on my ass
