    holy fuark i look exactly like that, had to look twice to confirm it wasn't. im a mostly sedentary person only getting off my ass to go to the gym. spent all of my teenage years online at my computer for 10+ hours a day and gained fat only in my legs while remaining a low bf %, i never lost the mass in my legs though now it certainly has a lot more muscle. take this information as you will

      Low range of motion, can put a lot of pressure on your lumbar spine if you don't force yourself back into the seat, etc. It's an inferior exercise that most people only do because it looks simple and they can ego lift while hogging half the plates in the gym.

      If you're a powerlifter, you want to practice the deadlift and squats as much as posisble. If you're not competing in that very specific sport then leg press is okay.
