The most important thing has already happened and you can't do anything about it. You need a wife who cares about maintaining her appearance. If you choose poorly there's nothing you can do at this point. Most well-bred women want to take care of themselves, and at that point the best thing you can do is encourage and make sure she gets the time and opportunity to work out. I've thought about this a lot, and I commend you for your foresight and planning. I think a woman needs to be instilled with a sense of dread that she can lose you, that your affection and love and commitment are not free, and that she has to work to keep up her end of the bargain. So its up to you how to give her that feeling; my best suggestion is have her see you with hotter girls.
