      My wife had bad stretch marks after our 3rd kid. She basically just did core for a year and waited. Eventually the skin goes back to normal.

      It's from pregnancy. Notice how the stretch marks are all centered around the navel instead of parallel to the ground? That's the stomach of someone who quickly bloated outwards, not someone who, over time, bloated downwards.

        Carnivore goes hand in hand with dry fasting
        After being on carnivore for a while, the body adapts to being in a low water environment.
        Also, you are already in ketosis and carb depleted so the transition into a fast is seamless.
        People who eat carbs everyday feel like shit and get really hungry when they start fasting, and they have to waste the first 24+ hours depleting all the glycogen in their body, they basically waste the first day of fasting. Meanwhile the carnivore chad is already deep into the autophagy fasting state with little hunger or thirst.
        Its just incomparable. The carnivore state mimics the fasting state more closely metabolically, that's why it is so easy for people on the carnivore diet to do fasts. They are already carb depleted, and in a lower water and sodium state.

          Maybe has anemia, iron deficiency from lack of diet or body can't absorb iron.

          My buddy had the latter, would sleep for 12-36 hours and still be tired. Ate tons of steak, so he was confident it wasn't deficiency. I looked up online what to eat with iron to better absorb it and he tries that out and started sleeping for 6-8 hours like a normal person.

Become the best that you can and if it bothers you that much when that process is over, look into surgical options. Going to see a dermatologist to look into nonsurgical options would be your best bet right now... They are starting to get really great results with laser resurfacing with stuff like that.

    That's just battle scars. Not a problem.
    You won't get your smooth belly back, but you do can smooth that a lot over time. Give it a year or two, stay fit, hydrate and oil generously, train core so your abdominals get back in place.
    Ultimately, you'll look much better with just a bit of loose belly skin and an otherwise perfect body than being a fat blob. Keep in mind this loose skin will make belly fat look much worse than usual.
    But it's really not a problem.
